About Us

CasaVive isn’t just a venture; it’s a vision born out of necessity, driven by the shared experience of its co-founders Jacqueline and Yasmine. We are two women wanting to make a difference in the health of our community.

Our Mission
Jacqueline and Yasmine have a combined 30 years experience in the health and fitness space. In that time, they have seen too many people who have lost the handle on their health and wellbeing, whether from the strains of our modern go-go-go lives, the constant bombardment of diet fads and quick fixes, or just navigating the natural change of our bodies with age and experience. At CasaVive, we believe that wellness is more than just a fleeting trend, it’s a way of life, pain free living. Our mission is to provide a space that guides our clients to their health and performance goals, primarily through exercise, lifestyle, and diet. We consider the client as a whole, making sure body and mind are working together to achieve their goals.
Our Vision
Our vision is of a community who is strong at any age, confident in their ability to move, and excited to live to their best lives. Our clients are empowered and supported towards their goals, and managing their health holistically, taking into consideration movement, nutrition, hydration, sleep, and mental health.
Jacqueline brims with unwavering passion, confidence, and an insatiable drive to fulfill people's hopes for a brighter, pain-free tomorrow. Beyond her role in coaching and mentoring personal trainers, she stands as a beacon of inspiration, armed with a wealth of qualifications as a personal trainer herself. Clients gravitate towards her, entrusting their dreams and aspirations; they know she possesses not only the expertise, but also the fervor to lead them toward their fitness goals with unwavering dedication and safety. Her electrifying presence as the keynote speaker at the 2021 Women Empowerment event in Malaysia ignited hearts with hope and determination. Recognized with memberships in the prestigious Rotary Club and bestowed with the esteemed Paul Harris Fellow, Jacqueline continues to forge paths of empowerment, uplift spirits, and catalyze transformative change with her boundless zeal
