CasaVive’s first holistic retreat in North York was more than a getaway — it was a natural reset rooted in nature, nourishment, and presence. Through sound healing, fire ceremony, grounding practices, and sacred water rituals, participants reconnected to the five elements — earth, water, fire, air, and space — and, ultimately, to themselves. With whole-food meals, mindful movement, and deep stillness, this retreat offered a return to balance, clarity, and alignment.
