Natural Reset Retreat Reflections

Remembering What It Means to Come Home


Earlier this season, CasaVive welcomed a beautiful gathering of souls for its first-ever Natural Reset Retreat,  a deeply nourishing experience rooted in nature, simplicity, and presence.


Set within an untouched, serene landscape, the retreat wasn’t just about getting away, more than that, it was about coming home. To the land. To ourselves. To something deeper.


Returning to the Elements

At the heart of the experience was a return to the five elements : Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space. Ancient forces that guided us back into balance and alignment. These elements became not just metaphors, but living, breathing companions throughout our time together.


Awakening and Stillness

We began with awakening practices designed to clear energetic stagnation and open the heart.


A powerful healing sound bath invited participants into deep stillness, aligning the body’s energy centers through the resonance of crystal bowls and rare alchemy instruments.


The vibrations moved through us gently but profoundly, creating space for emotional release and nervous system healing.


Self-Inquiry: Coming Back to Self

From there, we turned inward with practices of breath and self-inquiry, exploring the timeless question: Who am I?


In this quiet, sacred space, each person began peeling back the layers of expectation, identity, and noise— discovering a sense of self that felt truer, lighter, and more alive.


Fire Ceremony: Transformation Through Letting Go

As the sun dipped below the horizon, we gathered around the fire,  not just for warmth, but for transformation.


In a shared fire ceremony, we released what no longer served us, set new intentions, and rekindled the inner flame of purpose. Fire reminded us that letting go is a sacred act of renewal — a necessary clearing before growth.


Moving with the Breath of Air

Throughout the retreat, we moved with breath and intention through mindful yoga practices inspired by the element of air.


These embodied flows supported alignment, clarity, and expansion — physically and energetically. We found ourselves breathing more deeply, moving more gracefully, and thinking more clearly.


Rooted in the Earth

Grounding practices connected us to the earth  through stillness, movement, and direct contact with the land beneath our feet.


This reconnection offered stability and presence, reminding us that healing often begins by simply remembering where we stand.


Water Rituals: Softening and Releasing

Water invited us into softness and surrender. One of the most loved moments was the floral bath. A sacred practice rooted in ancestral healing traditions.


Immersed in water and surrounded by natural floral essences, participants experienced a gentle yet powerful cleanse not just of the body, but of the heart.


Nourishment That Heals

Throughout our time together, every meal was an extension of the retreat’s intention  to restore, align, and nourish.


All our clients were lovingly fed food that supported the mind, body, and soul. Each dish was carefully planned to heal and energize. Prepared with intention, sourced from nature, and inspired by the wisdom of whole foods. This was nourishment not just for the body, but for the spirit.



Spaciousness and Stillness

We closed our time together with a deeply spacious restorative meditation, guided by the expansive element of space.


In this final practice, we let go of doing and we rested in being. In that stillness, something profound emerged — peace, clarity, and a sense of inner spaciousness that lingered long after we left.


More Than a Retreat— A Remembering

What unfolded at CasaVive was not simply a retreat. It was a remembering — a return to natural rhythm; a quiet reawakening of what it means to feel whole, grounded, and alive.


Each participant walked their own unique path— some experienced profound emotional release, others found deep inner peace or newfound clarity. All left with a renewed connection to self and nature, feeling more aligned, more rooted, and more open.


There was no dramatic transformation, only the kind that grows from silence, simplicity, and sincere connection. The kind that reminds us: Healing doesn't have to be hard— it just has to be honest.

As we look ahead, we carry this moment forward — the beauty of what happens when we pause, breathe, and come home.
